I'm 158cm, start weight was around 60kg and now I'm 50kg after a year.
First 6 months I didn't exercise at all, I just changed the diet and lost the first 5kg. Not eating meat helps a lot ( I'm vegetarian btw) and reducing diary is another great thing. Of course eat salad and spend lots of time to learn some nice meals you can do cause salad can ge...... reply
i have no idea what you tried to do but if pushing it out doesn't do it you might have to try using your fingers but if you do make sure to wash your hands and keep your fingernails short or else they might cut ya 1 reply
I've never had intentional experience with losing weight im crazy skinny and not the healthy kind..i don't do althetics and I find eating a chore :/ I have a very small appetite which sucks cuz i cant eat as much as I want without feeling like I'm about to vomit T^T 1 reply

Anyways, if you want to improve of yourself, your goal should be to get healthier, exercise n eat healthy food, etc... Your body type may also be to have fat stored where it is now (Ex some people have thick thighs naturally, some people have their fat mostly on their b...... reply
I don't think you need to lose weight but if you do want to slim a certain part of your body try to do exercises for that specific area. for example, if you want to slim your legs try leg exercises, or if you want to slim your waist try waist slimming exercises. hopefully this made sense and don't listen to others your beautiful either way, good lu...... reply
