tips?
if anyone has like tips or specific ways to lose weight, uhh tell me now. i workout and stuff so anything else would be helpful; like a certain food or drink or SOMETHING. im desperate
Two ways: calorie deficit or cardio. Anyone mentioning any bullshit lifehacks such as gut-cleansing or spot-reducing fat is lying to you and praying on your downfall. 2 reply
- when ur eating ur meals try to chew everything into smaller pieces: this will help ur gut digest the food easier and will also make u fuller faster bc ur brain will think ur eating more
- try not to drink anything when ur eating ur meals and wait a few hours after until u drink things to help digest

cutting out majority of liquid calories, it doesn’t have to be all but most helps. people tend to forget just how many calories are in a cup of juice, substituting it for things like lemon water, propel, or even things like olipops would be good alternatives (olipops are like soda but only 40 cals) 2 reply

- Calorie deficit --> if you eat less calories than what you consume on a daily basis currently, you will be successful. If you want to estimate your current calorie intake, use a journal to keep track. Don't starve yourself. Just recognize you don't need to eat as much as your brain is tricking you into believing.

1. Eat things in moderation. Don’t worry or stress out if you eat a slice of pizza or a piece of cake. Just don’t do it all the time.

Do not eat fried food (especially one that uses a lot of oil), do not eat food that contain flour, lots of sugar, also milk. If you want some sugar, eat fruits. Just make yourself busy so you don't have time to think about food. A lot of people eat when they are bored. Find foods you enjoy that consist of a solid amount of protein and vegetables, and that are filling and delicious. i didn't eat special stuff or stop eating certain food, i ate what i normally ate BUT in smaller portions like, for example before, i can eat about 3-4 cups of rice but i reduced it to 1-2 cups.
