where a lot of people go wrong is that they only calculate calories in the food they eat, not the drinks too. start drinking only water to minimize excess calories, strength train with weights to stay toned throughout your weight loss, and do cardio afterwards. you can’t outrun a bad diet although, eat within portions that keep you satisfied, and...... reply
Hell no, I don’t trust it at all I trust the comments more than ratings bc you’ll usually see people complaining. Literally legs that can’t walk or whatever is so ass imo, yet it has above a 9.0 1 reply
