cutting out majority of liquid calories, it doesn’t have to be all but most helps. people tend to forget just how many calories are in a cup of juice, substituting it for things like lemon water, propel, or even things like olipops would be good alternatives (olipops are like soda but only 40 cals) 2 reply
Hell no, I don’t trust it at all I trust the comments more than ratings bc you’ll usually see people complaining. Literally legs that can’t walk or whatever is so ass imo, yet it has above a 9.0 1 reply
