Last year: Cutting out toxic people (They are the reason that weights you down), eating nutritions (based on hand measurement) and eliminating high sodium and junk/unhealthy food, stretching and do cores + cardio + strength workout, stayed motivated and 8-9 hours of sleep. I don’t do workouts on Saturdays and Sundays.

It all started randomly I was 250lbs (And a huge lover of food [like hardcore lover])but I wasn’t happy of how I looked or how I felt. Lift weights. Do deadlifts/weighted squats/glute bridge/weighted lunges to build your hamstrings/glutes/quads/adductors. I can't recommend a better way than this. If you want to intensify your workout regime, add plyometrics to the equation such as jump squats/burpees/broad jumps/tuck jumps. I’m not very keen on dieting it’s very hard for me so I’ve never liked it. Mmm but I do try to keep my meals relatively healthy. I do have every now and then cravings for sweets, but over the years I’ve stopped eating them all together so when I actually ended up craving them, I recommend to only eat a small amount.

I was always overweight and didnt want to do any kinds of sports due to basically stubbornness. But in my 3rd year in high school I started to do kickboxing. It's good for the body and fun.
It's allows you to get in a better shape in a good way, the training they do is amazing, I highly recommend it.
