The truth is, as long as you don't have any condition of course, there's only ONE way of losing weight: Calorie deficit. Basically, you don't have to consume more calories than what your body will burn. Obviously there's both healthy and unhealthy ways of get it. I believe I shouldn't have to say that the second shouldn't be even an option (not onl......   reply

The only way to lose weight and keep it off and is to start a balanced healthy lifestyle. 30 minutes of exercise a day, cardio is great if you’re trying to burn off some weight, but don’t forget to also take a rest day if you’re going hardcore everyday or you’ll damage your muscles. Start limiting the amount of sugar and saturated fats that......   reply

So a few things. Walking is a great way to lose weight. If you want to see results I'd say aim between 8000+ steps a day I try to get 10500. If you are looking to get toned and don't want to go to the gym Keep is a great app and it's free. The more workouts you do the more coins you get to 'pay' for a higher level workout plan. Running is good for ......   reply

I lost a ton of weight just by eating less in general. I realized that I was overeating and my appetite naturally decreased to fit my body. Overall I’ve lost around 25 lbs just by eating less, not necessarily better. My diet is still pretty bad, but my portions are so much lower. Of course if you want to eat healthier you definitely should and do......   2 reply

Whew I relate, my proportions are similar to yours and I mostly do what could be described as cardio. My daily "workout" consists of specific moves to target where I want the most. 50 crunches, 50 left leg lifts, 50 right leg lifts, 50 leg lifts (both lifting at the same time), 50 Bridge lifts (Lying on back and lifting your stomach basically doi......   reply

Exercising tips? [Question]
TiredTM 15 04,2019
Since people have been asking questions regarding health, I have some as well. I want to know what are some good ways to gain muscle mass, eat healthy without it being expensive or time consuming to make (I'm a broke, full time college student that's like $11k in debt) and if you work out - what is your routine?

Here's some info on me: I'm 5'2, ~100lbs (157cm, ~45kg). Because of my genetics, ass and thiccness has not been bestowed upon me and I have a hard time gaining mass literally anywhere but my belly. I'm not looking to be model status but I really want to work on my arms and legs so I don't look like a pear with chicken limbs.

Please be specific as possible. Like what specific work out uh moves?? position?? lol idk you think would help. I am also a flexitarian (I only eat meat on weekends for personal reasons) so I am really open to vegetarian dishes. Also, you're welcome to share your own stories, I would love to hear about them.

There are a number of things to try doing! When it comes to overeating, I'd suggest, at least, to research and find some foods that are healthier. So, even while bingeing them, it won't contribute to as much gain. It's really difficult to work out a diet, particularly if you're living with people who don't have great diets, either. But it's worth i......   reply

Dont stress too much about that junk food- sure you want to cut back on that but itll just make you feel worse and less motivated if you spend too much time dwelling on mistakes like that. To try to avoid turning to junk food so often do things like avoid skipping meals. When you skip a meal and get really hungry it makes it harder to keep yourself......   reply
