I am 170cm and currently 54-55kg. In the last six months I have lost about 5kg because of long term illness and now I can't get it back, no matter what I eat (and 99% of my time is actually spent lying in bed). I was fit and healthy growing up. Got pregnant. Lost a lot of weight years later. Gained more than I lost. Now I'm stuck in a cycle where I lose weight and gain double what I lost back. hey you're not alone, i'm like you all the charity fats goes to my thighs too XD i'm actually heavier than you....and it does bother me to have big thighs buut i began to actually don't care and accept the fact that I'm thicc af with thighs XD and good luck with exercising and losing weight... :3 (sorry if it's not helpful :/)   1 reply

Try those exercising thigh fat burning videos. Lunges is one of the exercises that I know that burns thigh fat. Oh and don't forget to run.   reply

I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I am 162 cm, 55 kg and i think you're totally good. I mean with that height you don't need to loose weight, just do some exercises for thighs, flat belly . I also want to lose weight but to min 50kg. With your current height and weight DO NOT DIET. Whoever is making fun of you is either jealous or stupid because for your height you're actually almost under weight. Coming from another girl, men LIKE meat on you. I’m not sure why everyone is trying to get skinny? Thick thighs is what men want nowadays. I do suggest maybe toning up your legs by squats and weights? BUT, if you are on a sports team, you are already exercising.
