Try to get through to her and tell her it’s not right to fetishize a real-life gay relationship. If she doesn’t care for your feelings then it’s probably not worth keeping the friendship. You’ll meet many other people throughout your life and become friends with them.

Personally, I think she's just immature, the fact that you both read yaoi probably makes her think it's normal to "fantasize about gays" with you even if it's about your uncle and his bf, if it was me, I would explain to her that it's not correct.
