Just got sent multiple death threats and rape threats cuz I said I didn't like a ship and preferred a different one, is it rlly that serious? It's fictional so why are people acting like that?

I love to see my ships thrive with content but why do I always end up shipping the reverse dynamic????? There is food but I cannot stomache it curse you my heart and these stupid preferences
