My creepy old neighbor taking pictures of me and my friend through his window when I was 11. I still remember the feeling of fear when I noticed. He noticed I noticed, and came outside on his deck and asked us directly if he could take pictures of us, even though he had clearly already been talking some. First of all, calm down and second of all if you don't like cestelle (i'm assuming this is about him, if not then i apologize) just ignore the dude. You look mad weird for yelling at this dude, when i'm 100% sure he's not bothered . Don't waste ur energy on him.   reply
