Ik this is super late, but it's gotta be seeing someone's skull cracked open or doing CPR on someone who got ran over. Don't know if the skull dude lived or not, but you could see the inside of his brain, literally his skull split in half. The dude that got ran over, I was driving right behind him and saw it happen, it was a hit and run drunk drive......   reply
