i get a strange satisfaction from not sleeping for as long as i am able before eventually submitting to my body’s needs for a day and night. such habits have been cultivated in almost a decade and i’m regretting not having a fixed sleeping schedule. if you can help it, honestly, just go to sleep and savour every hour you get. it’s delicious. reply
