Hello, oboist here! I can't say that much for flutes, but I'm sure you've heard of "coffee straw air" or something like that. Blowing with more compressed air usually plays higher notes (visa versa for lower notes) I can't say anything about the position needed to make a better noise on your flute but check these factors: -your embouchure -fingerin......   1 reply
