I have been wondering this question for awhile, but when you play..how do you hit the high notes? Is there a trick or a certain thing you have to do to prep your flute before you play it? Please save me<3

I can't say that much for flutes, but I'm sure you've heard of "coffee straw air" or something like that. Blowing with more compressed air usually plays higher notes (visa versa for lower notes) I can't say anything about the position needed to make a better noise on your flute but check these factors:
