Honestly omegaverse kinda just has a thing to fuck up the omegas lifes.
Betas are basically normal people. Even though alphas have all those expectations they still live a really good above average life regarding the whole going crazy cause omega is in heat we know they can take surpressants and it works far better than on omegas.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't think pure love has ever existed when it comes to romance. Even the best of couples go through hardships. You also can’t leave out the part about betas feeling like they’re lesser than and unimportant because they aren’t as special.
