Recently I’ve been taking dental hygiene very seriously and have be carefully cleaning my teeth to the max. It was going great and my teeth felt so clean and looks so white but now everytime I finish my night time cleaning my teeth feel sore and hurts. In fact that reason why I’m not asleep rn is that my teeth hurt too much. 1 reply
