For me it depends on the story, and how the sex is done(?) I remember reading a bl manga before and the story was good, the mcs were cute but the sex scenes were just really not it.

As a full time yaoi reader, the scene has to be juicy, kinky, have consent, and some slip slide gushy badussy for it to be top tier in my books.
I also love when they have sex for the first time as couple or when they are together when having sex. Mostly cause the scenes get more wild.

If I’m reading to disassociate I don’t really care but if I had to pick I do prefer the latter. However, I do also enjoy more graphic/p0rny scenes that are used in plots where the relationship starts out physically (AND CONSENSUALLY) and gradually develops more emotionally/romantically (but at the same time, I also think some authors abuse this...... reply
