just use a sulfate-free shampoo and you'll be fine + hair oils(dilute an essential oil like tea tree and rosemary to a carrier oil like jojoba and castor or just buy a hair oil with ingredients that's already diluted.). Ive noticed that a shampoo will more likely to dry me out whenever it has a cooling effect or a shampoo specifically for dandruffs......   reply

i was under the assumption we get the boring basic shit & the ladies always get the cool stuff. surely the base ingredients cant be that different? just grab whatever you see on the shelf & its guaranteed to do its cleansing job. even a bar soap or a body wash does a decent job. dont complicate it   reply
