I never loved someone in a romantic way, but I did have crushes on boys many times (especially throughout highschool. Nowadays it's mostly some interest, but not crushes) and when I picture myself kissing / being in couple / having sex with someone, I'm with a guy.

Look at all the genders and see if you are attracted to any of them. I did this and it took me quite a while to realise I was gay xD You can also watch porn to see who you concentrate on more (gah, I feel embaressed writing that!).
