i barely study and i really just cram (if i study at all) but rewriting and organizing notes helps. esp w/ colors (and maybe scents if you want ) so you rmb better. make sure to rest and eat up though or else your brain won't have the capacity to be doing anything fr reply
I try and find online pdf tests to quiz myself on each material in the subject, then, if the pdf has the answers, I check which ones I got wrong and review the material so I can get better in the areas I need work on. If the pdf dont got the answers though, I just go back to questions I struggled on and review.

after i read the lesson i tried to rewrite them in onenote as a form of recall (the tab that includes ur syllabus must be close when u create one) and then after that i will create flashcards with lesson topic and bullet points that has vague information and then i will try to explain it by myself using the flashcards only.

There's maybe a few things you could do: 1. Only invite a few trusted people at a time.
2. Pause invites so other members can't invite random people. Have them go through mods.
3. Turn off mass pinging.
