yeah there's also shitloads of kinds of therapy and therapists so even if one therapy/therapist doesn't work for you, there's 100% going to be another kind that actually does. you can do your own research too to see what you're interested in trying / what has been shown to work best for whatever issue you're worried about. therapists usually write ...... reply
