no, it's weird to reduce their existence to only what they're doing in bed when your argument is not related to it at all. It's like that's all you're seeing about them. I forgot names a lot, I'm usually going after their hair color, or call them "MC/ML". Or just go back to check their names. Like what are y'all doing when they're switching? ......   3 reply

I could never bring myself to use "top" and "bottom," or "uke" and "seme," to address the characters. I just call them by their name. If I forgot their name, I'm gonna go back to the manga. I also use their hair color to refer to them.   2 reply

i say mc and ml because the former is kind of objectifying. if it’s really good, i’ll remember their names, but otherwise, nah   reply

I'm not sure if this make sense but it's a lot easier to remember based on how they act. Like "Oh this one cries alot" "this one have a bad temper" "this one is quite bubbly" so whenever I talked about it with my sister or someone, I'll just go like "do you remember that one character from (insert manga name)? The one that cries alot?"   reply
