For me I don't actively look for mpreg I just want bl with kids cause I think it's adorable. So if I find a bl with kids that's really cute then I'll read it regardless if it's mpreg or not. 1 reply
I personally like it because , me as a part of LGBTQ+ community, I feel like how wonderful would it be if I could have a child with a girl I like ( I'm a female) same thing as mpreg....

Personally I feel disgusted or uncomfortable when I see sex scenes (especially when the plot diverts to exclusively sex. I drop the series when it gets to that point tho) but I'm getting numb to it bc every 'good' romance plot always exploits sex lol..
