I've been taking Lexapro for over a year. It helps but I still think it's always best to meet with a therapist every now and then to develope healthy coping skills alongside the medication.   reply

Hey, bestie! I’ve been on antidepressants for over a decade. I first tried escilopram, but it only made me feel worse, so then my doctor prescribed paroxetine and bupropion. And things are SO much better. I don’t think I’ve had a day where I’ve been so depressed that I couldn’t get out of bed or slept for sixteen hours straight since I st......   1 reply

Hey, twin. Just got on Lexapro today for my bad anxiety. Whatever your doctor recommended, just keep taking it every day and take notes on your symptoms. Here's to hoping our mental health gets better :)   1 reply

I just got on antidepressant medication today. I’ve been struggling with mental health issues for the past 3 years. I’m taking Zoloft/Sertraline. I’m really wondering if the depression and endless anger will get better T_T

First time writing on here, please have mercy. Anyway, I always feel bad for the 2nd mls, they remind me so much of myself it physically hurts. No, that's kinda an under reaction for ur dad. Cause glasses are hella expensive, some people can't genuinely live without them so yeah appropriate answer is demand the other parents to pay for your glasses and be upset. Obv I'm saying this as someone who don't know the full context of the fight like who started it or what, either way I'm still dem......   reply

in my institution, 2 guys had a fight and one of them threw the other's glasses into the sewage. The parents of the guy with the glasses went berserk on the parents of the other guy and the guy himself too.

When i told my father about it, his response was- "That was unfortunate, ofc he shouldn't have done that. If that happened with you tho (i do wear glasses), we wouldn't go. We wouldn't argue like savages. That is very not classy. We would just tell you to keep your distance from that guy. You would also have discovered his true colours."

Wow. Awesome. i don't even know what to say. Am i overreacting? are they wrong?? I would DEFINITELY go and fight like savages if that happened to my kids.
