Is anyone else here on antidepressants?

Hey, twin. Just got on Lexapro today for my bad anxiety. Whatever your doctor recommended, just keep taking it every day and take notes on your symptoms. Here's to hoping our mental health gets better :)   1 reply

I've been taking Lexapro for over a year. It helps but I still think it's always best to meet with a therapist every now and then to develope healthy coping skills alongside the medication.   reply
