tips for getting out of depressive episode? stopped going to school for 3 days, tbf i caught the flu, but everythings kinda getting overwhelming. watching the hw pile up js not sure how im gonna pick myself back up, it feels like i die a little more every time
Sorry you’re dealing with this on top of the flu, that combo makes everything feel 10x worst. A few things that actually help, start with the smallest task possible (one assignment, not the whole pile), email your teachers now saying you were out sick and asking for an extension/catch up plan (totally normal to ask, they’ll get it), and focus o...... reply
