I only read bl/yaoi that being said people are saying that the manga artist for this bl drew some pedo stuff to be more specific a student x teacher relationship??? Some people are saying it's being exaggerated and the teacher does not like the student and called out the people who have gone on to attack the manga artist to the point of her quiting.
Another problematic element is that the people doing the attacking are primarily a western audience so people feel like westerners are trying to force their values onto another culture.

The man shuts the door and hears loud coughing behind him in the darkness. He turns around knowing that it's a person and walks as if a single movement would make enough noise to give away his movements.
However, contrary to his expectations, it's a dollar note coughing, ripped in shreds. His heart aches at the sight and howls. The man stops in his tracks to look at the dollar bill, wondering who ripped it up.
Yet, as he checks the whole barn for clues on who the culprit is, he sees a big hole on the floor. He peers down into the hole and notices what looks like a human heart, balling its eyes out.
His heartbeats in sync. Was it a curse from the barn? or an old fable taking its roots?
The man staggers back, taken from his daydreaming, after hearing a loud banging noise coming from the door he just shut. Upon opening he witnesses a familiar face, the visage of his long-gone wife, Maria.
The crystallization of pearls and swooning embers in her eyes give way for his beating heart. Yet, unaware, the hole keeps widening...
He begins to grow tears in his eyes, worried she would find out the secret he'd been keeping from her this whole time. The fact that he knows she is going to die, the fact he could've stopped it, but was too much of a coward to do so.
A weasel who solemnly gazed on through the window of loneliness. his dishonesty had turned him into a mere dollar bill who coughed up the cash. He hated all the solitude he had brought upon himself, but there is no going back now, it is almost too late for them anyway.
The man looks back at the doorway, to Maria, but there is nothing left of her except the end of her skirt which would soon fade away like the rest of her.
The hole opening up inside of him, the mere idea of being worth a dollar. The constant knocking of the door, "do u wanna build a family?".
He wanted to desperately have children, but the only woman he would ever love was disappearing in front of his blurred by tears vision.
He soon realizes he doesn't deserve children, or anything at all, he doesn't even deserve to be a dollar—as that was a horrible overestimation of the universe.
Yet, he feels he deserves to be alive. Maybe this barn wanted to tell him so as well... that if you ever get lost. You will find your way back home.
And as he walks home, he contemplates everything that has happened these past few moments.
