Because people are complete idiots, and honestly I don't know where they get their sources from. I remember commenting under a comment section where the video talked about architecture and ugly buildings. I can't stand pseudoscientific bullshit but I'm a firm believer of the fact that not eating refined sugar and processed food does more for dental health than brushing your teeth.
