Little tip is just to calm down and jam some music. Venting anger will only result more harm, you may calm down though so I guess it isn't half bad too( can't be much of a help, Im a calm person). If you do really want to vent your anger, I suggest eating,watching movies, or scream as much as you prefer( keep in mind that there might be other peopl......   reply

i need a new way to vent anger, like ways that aren’t harmful. example: squeezing you pillow and eating.

if you don’t answer seriously or without something helpful, i deadass will block you (except for a few people).

There are those random moments in life where we just stop, take a deep breath and feel *alive*. In those moments we feel good.

It might be from a near death experience, or the thought of doing something. It might happen for no absolute cause. But it happens.
