There are those random moments in life where we just stop, take a deep breath and feel *alive*. In those moments we feel good.
It might be from a near death experience, or the thought of doing something. It might happen for no absolute cause. But it happens.

Yes but the exact opposite. I take a deep breath and feel dead, as in I haven’t contributed to my life, in like years. It happens all the time. but you do you boo, I’ll stay here with my low self esteem, and stubby self worth.
