Please Help Me Find This Manga

I read this yaoi manga where the protagonist was a female who was in love with the uke who was the “prince” of the school and she ended up becoming friends (?) with the seme who she didn’t know was with the uke, and fell for him instead. At some point she walked in on them doing it in the closet (?). If you know the name please tell me !! I think it’s pretty short, but I couldn’t find it because I don’t remember the name or anything.

I have already known that the yaoi manga name in Chinese is called“青年租客”, but I want to know its English name, help me, please ╥﹏╥

I have no pictures of it, but if I remember correctly it was about a gay boy who fell in love with a straight guy (ONE OF THE MOST COMMON BL TROPES!) and then he proceeds to confess his feelings to the straight guy, he didn't reject him but instead they've got into an arrangement of sorts; they decided to meet up ONCE every year, a few years forward when the oh-so-awaited meeting date came around *poof* the straight guy reciprocates his feelings!

Then, they went off to meet up with their highschool friends ≧∇≦ (and that's all I've read so far).

Long time ago, I read a manga/manhwa (can't clearly remember) about a artist (maybe mangaka, but surely he draws sth) who cheated by his girlfriend. And his girlfriend is cheathing him with his best friend. Then he gets drunk and accidentally kills his friend (If I am not wrong, his best friend dies because of his pens) and try to hide to body by burning it. I can't remember the rest but I remember he goes convenince store with disguising himself and scared of the police man while going there. It was'nt something romantic or
funny. Maybe it is tagged with ''psychological''
