It's a hard decision. It's not that you can't fall in love with them - in fact falling in love is the easiest part - it's just that you may have a lot of responsibilities to take on if you chose to be with someone who's disabled or you'll always have someone around who's catering to their needs. I work with someone that's disabled and he did ask me out but I turned him down. Mostly because I'm asexual and happy single but on a side note, it's because I don't want to babysit him 24/7. I will be honest, I don´t know if I would take that burden on myself. It depends on the type of disability, how and how much it affects the daily life. How much I would have to take care.
