Hello! I hope you had or had a wonderful day today and if not then theres always tomorrow!
Remember you are, and always will be, loved for who you are! You are only allowed to change for yourself and your happiness and not some nasty bug that clinged onto your life!
Remember that you can always talk out your feelings, bottling it up is no good and if you keep bottling it up then one day it will all explode one way or another
Please remember that you're not alone, you will or will have have someone you can trust! Never give up and keep finding for that shoulder to cry on! And remember to always be a shoulder to cry on for them too :>
If you're considering unaliving yourself.. Please don't, there are people who care about you (believe it or not..) and just remember to always stay strong! You WILL get through this!
Just write a not to your future self and if you manage to live long enough to actually see the note your past self had written then wouldn't that be fun and interesting?
Anyway you deserve to be okay
You deserve to feel happy
You deserve to feel safe
You deserve to feel comfort
You do not deserve all those bad things that happened to you and if you want to let it out, please speak up
