It's situational. It depends on how remorseful they are, how they've improved and put in the effort to change, and how they understand their actions hurt people. Idk why but I just logged on and everything on this site is messed up for me this is the only thing that works fine rn and I'm wondering if I'm the only one with this problem or are other people experiencing the same thing
