People seem to be qualifying that they're okay with rape in manga, but I don't think it's okay. Manga that involves rape often romanticizes the situation, but that's not real. On a physical and emotional level, rape is obviously worse, no questions asked. Rape can sort of make you broken most likely with some sort of PTSD left behind. It’s not exactly wrong to say the effects of being cheated on is milder than rape.
