since you’re a young teacher they tend to be more relax around you, one of my old teacher was so anxious he kept teaching while everyone didn’t even care about what he was saying. you need rules in ur class, u can be more relax w them once they understand that you’re cool, yes, but you can also be strict if necessary. don’t give up, go seek...... 1 reply
Im really socially awkward and possibly have social anxiety and somehow unexpectedly i got into teaching. I can't quit now because it's already been a month and there are no other jobs i can find ...its so hard to teach when the students just won't listen to me and i can't do things right cause im afraid of what they think of me...i don't know if anyone's gonna see this or care but if anyone does care..can you leave me some kind of suggestions or tell me whether it gets better or i should just quit?
