Definitely sexual harassment. Honestly, I'd say talk to a school counselor first, and have them sit with you to help explain that what she's doing is not okay. And if she doesn't stop after that, go back to your counselors and they'll probably be able to help you file a report to the police and/or Child Protective Services.   reply

my mom only slaps my butt if i move too slow. (im a slow worker) if your mom does it out of the blue, it is harassment just tell her to stop or you will call the police...it works with my sister when she randomly hugs me.   reply
