i'm in a very similar situation at the moment with my mom and stepdad
my mother and stepfather are very homophobic and sexist and i consider them verbally abusive
i cope through painting, writing, drawing, listening to music that helps me relax or get my emotions out and venting to my closest friend if this helps at all.. reply
Emotional neglect/damage from father and politics, but besides that.
I mean, its ok to get out of the house but secure your finances, don't be reckless and get in a worse situation . reply
