My parents doesnt know that im reading yaoi manga but My sisters (older sis, twin sis, and lil sis (we are all girls)) knows that i am reading a yaoi manga since i often left my pc open with the manga i currently reading. Nope. My sister may suspect, but she knows i'm obsessed with gay dudes so im sure she put the pieces together and figured it out. I definitely dislike the girly uke trope, if I wanted a girl, I would have read shoujo instead. There are stronger girl characters in shoujo than these girly uke. I also dislike the overly possesive, rapey seme. You know the type, the dark, tall, intimidating seme, that treats his uke like shit. between both characters : age-gap (or shota), childhood friends, twisted messed up or fucked up stories (hi harada), rape, love triangle, cheating, fetishes (cross dressing, bdsm), unrequited love, incest

character development : characters with their own demons that either comfort/destroy each others, character questionning about their sexuality, misunderstandings that helps understand the characters / minsunderstandings only there to speed up the plot

charadesign : megane guys, feminine uke, long haired seme, black haired, tall, short, muscular, really short hair...

personality: caring, innocent, nice, loyal, cute, blushing, funny, playful, mentally strong, smart, confident, popular, tsundere, naive, crybaby, nerdy, otaku, submissive, delinquent, pervy, cold, bully, mean, selfish, manipulative, creepy, stalker, crazy, yandere (that escalated quickly..)
