I believe, that psychopaths should receive not a death penalty if they wrongdoing. It is simply as they said, psychopaths may not be able to help it. Many are fine, and do fine, indeed. I learned from an Abnormal Psychology course a few years back that there's not an actual term for being a "psychopath" or "sociopath," though they can be described by personality disorders.
