Ikan mas arsik... Common carp with torch ginger, andaliman, galangal, lemongrass and tons of other spices. It tastes fresh, salty, a little bit sour and spicy.

It has to be either mapo tofu or hot pot. My dad makes the best mapo tofu like nothing I’ve found compares to it, and hot pot cause that’s what me and my mom would eat when my dad wasn’t around.

One of my favorite dishes would be mais moulen. It’s just so yummy I get so excited when my mummy makes it like it’s too good dawg. Another classic is probably just the standard sous pwa n legume n stuff can never go wrong with that! reply
