Get help. Even though you may not realize it yet by asking a ?? like that on a social form ur taking the first step. Keep moving ahead. If ur the type to like physical activity try running, hitting punching bag or w/e. If ur more the non physical type try writing, some form of art. Cutting the shoulders is the best no one can see it and it doesn’t hurt that much imo like no one noticed when the schools were open and my mom didn’t notice it too and still no one notices I am using a razor blade so it disappears quickly since it is summer i need to hide it better well idk how to not make it hurt but you can hide it easily if...... reply
i found cuts to heal faster if you just clean it then let it breathe. so wear some band aid that are breathable. to cover it up; long sleeve t, wrist band, or a handsock maybe.. just make sure the cuts are clean and covered in band aid or bandages before you wear any of those things. later on your own, let the cut breathe as in dont layered it too ...... reply

Okay so I thought this was about self-harm until I saw the other comments and now I'm like??? We don't know the reason your wrist is hurting, op, so I'm just going to tackle the two possibilities.
If it's self-harm: try and focus on a hobby. Read, write, draw, color, watch a show or a movie. It's not easy to quit. It's hard and it will not always ...... reply

I'm black so it's impossible to find on for my skin tone but your not then this might be an okay alternative reply
First, therapy and perhaps medication. Get help.
Now, I've read somewhere once about someone after treating the wounds would wear a wide leather snap on cuff. And next time try drawing lines on your arms with a marker or pen. It doesn't help as much with the mental pain so you'll probably end up practically coloring your arms sometimes but it is...... reply
