IF AND ONLY IF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN ISNT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I usually look at the child like he's a disgusting piece of shit until the parents or guardians notice and they do something about the kid.
I once asked a mother how come she couldn't control her child since the kid was really annoying and noisy. They ended up leaving the fast foo...... reply
