Re write cause I'm really nervous but it there has been a couple of times. I'm thankful it looks like most of my family is okay with LGBTQ people but there has been some instances where I'm glad I'm not out. In 2019 I attended my first pride parade and when I came home my cousin saw my rainbow sticker and said being gay was gross and dropped the f slur. I’m really fortunate to never have had any awful things happen, but I have been called a tranny, purposefully misgendered, etc. as well as being called a trender which hurt more than the others tbh.
