Nothing wrong with talking out loud to yourself. Different if you were talking to other voices that answer you back but talking to yourself can be a sign of high cognitive functioning (when used when you are focusing on a task).

im also talking to myself a lot lol. I'm having panic attacks lately and it somehow helps me calm down if I start talking shit with myself. like anime or how stupid are pineapples because i can't eat them without literally dying. all this at 4 am, silently, since i don't want my parents to think i'm actually speaking to someone
