I got mine pierced a couple of months ago and I found it to be worth it. It’s not super painful, but it will be sore for a while, especially if you wear anything that might rub up against it or get caught on it while it’s healing (i.e. jeans, any kind of non-stretch pant, short, or skirt, tight shirts, etc.). I have friends who have it, and they tell me that it's super annoying ESPECIALLY whilst it's healing- They would complain to me about how much it hurts whenever the piercing would get caught on their jeans and tops. It would also happen when taking out the washing basket it, and would get caught in the holes and pull at it.
