Thoughts on shipping?
Personally I never really cared when it came to other people shipping fictional or real-life people as long as they weren't toxic or harming anyone in any way, if that makes sense. I mean, for example, my friends would say that "oh idol_ and idol_ should be together since they're so compatible.." and I never minded that but when I would hear about fans being like "NO THEY ARE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER" I would get upset and even disgusted especially when they would out-right say it to the people when they are visibly uncomfortable. I also never minded if they read fanfics on them as long as they weren't minors or anything. Like what is everyone else's thoughts on shipping?
I wouldn't say shipping is inherently a problem on a theoretical level but when you boil it down it's essentially looking at two people and going "Yeah, I'd wanna see them fuck" which you have to admit is just a little odd when you think about it.
And I would be extremely remiss to not mention the very real issues of shipping real people, underage...... reply
