Thoughts on Fujoshis, Yaoi, and Fetishization?
ik im probably going to start a fight but i'd like to hear ur thoughts. if ur just going to come in and say 'no, yaoi is / is not fetishization, period' and then not provide any reasons to your claim then wtf was the purpose of answering.
I agree with a lot of comments here that as long as the person can tell the fiction from reality, well do your thing. But what I really find disturbing is people shipping people in real life and branding them as the 'uke' or 'seme'...Or when someone (and I have friends like that) brand random people "Oh, he is totally gay." "Oh my, he looks gay." l...... reply
