My mother had a panic attack and I didn't do anything to help her. I just stood there from shock as I watch her gasping for air, crying, and telling me to call an ambulance. I regret it because I knew what to do, I knew it was an anxiety attack, but I still didn't do anything to help her, I was too scared to call 911 because of my fing social anxie...... 1 reply
