How to lose weight?
Please give me some advice I don’t care what kind of diet it is I’ll do anything to lose weight I’m tired of being criticized by my family they are unsupportive and I’m not even loved lol I’m also trying to impress the people I care (esp my crush but rn he’s dating my ex friend, my bully hahaha-) School is starting on September btw but I don’t mind if it takes time to lose weight. :’) just please anything

you don't have to do intense workouts and stuff like following routines and paying for diets and all of that.
eat healthily: keep off the sugar and carbs, dairy is okay. most of your 'diet' should be vegetables, protein is really good too. fruit is good for snacking or when you're craving sugar.

Okay so already you're starting off wrong.
Dieting isn't a long-term solution. Things like Keto and Intermittent Fasting aren't going to keep the weight off if you only do them temporarily, but what they will do is fuck up how you see food and your relationship with food and eating if you keep at them for long enough. I know a fast way to lose weight but I wouldn’t recommend an unhealthy one so you should watch Natcha Océana on youtube her work out routine shows slow results but really effective and if you want fast results go for Chloe Ting reply
I recently lost a lot of weight so here is what I personally recommend: Don't try diets that require you to starve yourself or eat a specific food stating it's fast and effective. I have tried diets even more than I can count and it takes you nowhere. You might lose some weight but you will regain all over and you will be as disappointed as ever. ...... 1 reply

Sweetie, your self-worth is not measured in kilos or pounds, so try to not give to others the power of determining you, you are worthy of love; that being said I have been chubby most of my life and I used to do tons of fad diets in my teens, everytime I lost some weight eventually I got it back and then some more, so I was off to another fad diet ...... reply
Sweetie losing weight shouldn't be for others. Lose weight because you want to. I can tell you how to lose weight but it won't work if your mindset isn't the right place. Also a disclaimer I'm not a doctor nor a specialist these are just some things that have worked for me.
