Take a walk, run around with your dog, or a really really light jog until it’s not fun anymore (aka you don’t have to force yourself)

- lie down on the ground with your legs up against the wall
- soak your feet in a small tub of warm/cold water

seriously even just a 10 minute walk outside contemplating existence makes a whole lotta difference in your logical thinking and mood. lololol
but like cuddling....... is great but too bad we're all single here lmao
